Maidan Meditation Class (taught by Baxter)
Our longest running class, this class has met every week for over six years now. In this class, we work on the internal “moves” one uses in order to unlock one’s potential as both Hooper and Community member. These Monday classes represent the foundation for what the HoopPath has been and what the HoopPath will be in the future. The participants of this class are considered the Core members of the HoopPath Tribe. Due to limited space, we have had to close this class to the public. If you attend HoopPath classes regularly and would like to join this class in the future please contact us and we will place you on the waiting list.

HoopPath Foundations Class (taught by Baxter)
This class is for Hoopers of all skill levels who wish to work on the foundation skills of the HoopPath teaching. Each Tuesday we explore different skills, internal and external, that enrich our development as Hoopers. If you have never hooped before, this is the class in which your journey on this beautiful path will begin. Because this is a weekly and ongoing class, without a beginning or end, when you come for the first time you are asked to be patient with yourself and your unique learning process as you become integrated with the HoopPath teachings. Many HoopPath members have remarked that it took three or four classes for them to feel fully “in tune” with our teaching methods. The point of all of our classes is to connect with each moment as it happens and to create a communal moment that inspires, moves, and pulls people to good health. All you need to bring is you. HoopPath Warrior Class (taught by Baxter)
This class is for intermediate and advanced hoopers. In this space, we explore the various skills and techniques of the HoopPath. Students are continuously guided from one exercise to the next. If you are ready to take your practice to a higher physical intensity, then this is the class for you. We don’t call this class, “Warrior” because it’s easy, believe me. We refer to these athletic and sweaty classes as “Hooper Detoxifications.” We believe that so much of the ick we have inside of us can be released through our pores and through our connection to rhythms beyond our own. Though the high energy and structure of each class remains consistent, the technical emphasis rotates from week to week. It is recommended that students bring both of their hoops, plenty of water, and a thirst for challenge to each class. Interested in coming to a class?
